Basic Notary Services

$15.00 per signature plus travel fee.

5 or more notarizations qualify for The Document Diva's 20% volume discount*.

*Volume discount applies to notary acts only. Travel fees & other fees are not included in the discount.

Acknowledgement: $15.00 per signature

Jurat (oath of affirmation and certificate): $15.00 per person

Certified Copy of Power of Attorney: $15 per certified copy

Please Note: CA law allows notaries to only certify copies of Power of Attorney and notarial journal entries. Any other document requiring certification must be notorized using Copy of Certification by Document Custodian.

Copy of Certification by Document Custodian: $15.00 per signature

Deposition: $30.00 per person

Administering the oath to the witness: $7.00 per person

Certificate of Deposition: $7.00 per person

Printing Service: .50¢ per page

.50¢ each page to be printed. This service can only be used in connections with a notary service. At the time of confirmation an email address will be provided for you to email your documents to. Please let us know how many copies you need.

Additional Notary Services

Fees listed include travel time up to 30 mins. Additional travel fee may apply if travel time will exceed 30 mins.

Loan Application (No Notarizations): $85.00

Loan Application with no notarizations. Up to 2 signers. Additional fees will be charged for additional document signers, if they apply to your loan application.

Loan Modifications (2 Sets) : $150.00

Loan Modification package. Up to 2 sets for 2 signers. Additional fees will be charged for additional document signers, if they apply to your loan modification.

Home Sell/Sellers Package: $150.00

This is for one Home Sellers package for up to two (2) Sellers. A Certified Loan Signing Agent / Notary Public will help you complete the package and prepare it to send back to your escrow company. - Additional fees will be charged for additional document signers, if they apply to your home sell.

Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC): $150.00

This is for the signing of One (first) Loan for a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) for Two (2) signers. Ask about having your escrow company pay for our services! A Certified Loan Signing Agent / Notary Public will meet you at your location of choice to complete the document signing with you. After the signing, the Notary Public will delivery the documents to FedEx or UPS with the label provided in the package, if necessary. Second and Third loans will be charged at an additional rate, if they apply to your loan. Additional fees will be charged for additional document signers, if they apply to your loan.

Refinance: $250.00

This is for the signing of One (first) Loan for a Home Refinance for Two (2) signers. Ask about having your escrow company pay for our services! A Certified Loan Signing Agent / Notary Public will meet you at your location of choice to complete the document signing with you. After the signing, the Notary Public will delivery the documents to FedEx or UPS with the label provided in the package, if necessary. Second and Third loans will be charged at an additional rate, if they apply to your loan. Additional fees will be charged for additional document signers, if they apply to your loan.

Home Purchase: $250.00

This is for the signing of One (first) Loan for a Home Purchase for Two (2) signers. Email us the documents and we can take care of the printing for you*. Ask about having your escrow company pay for our services! A Certified Loan Signing Agent / Notary Public will meet you at your location of choice to complete the document signing with you. After the signing, the Notary Public will delivery the documents to FedEx or UPS with the label provided in the package, if necessary. Second and Third loans will be charged at an additional rate, if they apply to your loan. Additional fees will be charged for additional document signers, if they apply to your loan.

Living Trust: $150.00

This is for the signing of one full set Living Trust Package for up to Two (2) signers. -Please check your documents as some Trusts require witnesses with valid ID to be present at the time of signing. Additional Notarized signatures may be required for the witnesses. - Document signer(s) must have the required paperwork to sign, already completed except for the date and signature(s). - Document signer(s) must also have a physical, valid government issued ID that is not expired - State Identification card, Drivers license or passport available at the time of signing.

Power of Attorney (Durable, Limited, General Health Care Directives): $60.00

Mobile Notary Public service for Power of Attorney. This is to Notarize the signature of the Principal (the person who is giving away their power) and Agent, if necessary. - Please review your document, some Power of Attorney forms require witness signatures to be notarized. Additional notarized witness signatures are $15 per witness, if they need to be notarized.

Pension Verification: $45.00

Permission for Minor to Travel: $45.00

The Document Diva can notarize your document that allows minor children to travel without the parent/guardian. If both parents/guardians will be signing the document an additional fee of $15.00 will apply. If you need the document printed, please let us know.

Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Marriage License: $45.00

The Document Diva can notarize your document from vital records to request your birth certificate, death certificate or marriage license request forms. If you need the document printed, please let us know.

Divorce Decree - 2 Signature Uncontested: $60.00

If additional documents need notarization such as Financial Affidavits or Marital Settlment Agreements $15.00 per signature will be added to the price.

Shipping: To be Calculated at Time of Service

This service can only be used in connections with a notary service. Please let us know what carrier you prefer to use - Fedex, UPS or USPS. Rates will be determined based off that's carriers shipping rates and calculated at the time of service.

Scanbacks: Price is determined by size of package.

*Please note unless otherwise noted prices do NOT include print fee. If notary is required to print documents it will be an additional .50¢ per page.

Detention Centers & Jails

Notary Services Provided at Adelanto Detention Facility or Adelanto Ice Processing Center. Please have a family member of the Inmate contact us with the Inmates name and booking ID Number to complete the scheduling of the appointment. Price is for appointments scheduled Monday - Friday for morning visits. Appointments needed later in the day or on weekends will incur additional fees. Documents can be emailed to us and we can ship them back after the signing is completed. Fees include travel time. Please be advised fees are due upfront and owed regardless of if the inmate signs the documents.

Affidavits: $150.00

Power of Attorney: $150.00

Marriage License: $150.00

UPS or FedEX Overnight: Cost Determined at Time of Service

Hospitals & Assisted Living

Fee includes travel, up to 2 signatures/services, Additional signatures obtained at $15.00/ea

Affidavits: $95.00

Power of Attorney: $95.00

Marriage License: $95.00

*Additional fees will apply if immediate services or after hours services are required.

**Fees listed are for local area hospitals & assisted living facilities - anything beyond Adelanto, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Oak Hills, Phelan or Victorville will incur additional travel fees.

Please note: I do not perfom marriages.

No Notary Fees

There is no charge for notarizing signatures on the vote, whether through mail-ballot identification envelopes or other voting materials.

Further, according to California Government Code §6107, a US military veteran may be exempt from paying notary fees for notarizing an application or claiming a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or any other veteran's benefit.

All notarization fees are based on the California Government Code §8211. California notary code allows notaries to charge a maximum cap of $15 per each notarized signature with an additional travel fee, which must be disclosed separate from notarization charges.
